Wildgrain is a membership service that delivers bake-from-frozen sourdough breads, fresh pastas, and artisanal pastries to your door. You can choose your delivery frequency and skip or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Do I need to thaw the products before baking?
No, all Wildgrain products are designed to be baked directly from frozen. This ensures maximum freshness and convenience, with most items ready to eat in 25 minutes or less.
How is the food shipped and kept frozen?
We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulated liners and dry ice to ensure your items stay frozen during transit. We recommend unpacking your box and placing items in your freezer as soon as they arrive.
Are your products sourdough-based?
Yes, our breads are made using traditional sourdough fermentation processes. This long fermentation period helps break down gluten and phytic acid, making it easier to digest and more nutritious than standard store-bought bread.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Absolutely! Before each shipment, you will receive an email notification allowing you to swap items, add extras, or change your box type to ensure you get exactly what your family loves.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
